My resolution for this year
Is to love you.
I laugh~~
I say that
As though I have a choice!
I do not
I only have choices as to how.
When and where
And how it will show itself.
But for today
And tomorrow
And the day after
One way or another
I will .
Until that indefinable
Something clicks in you
And you love me in kind and in return
Or until
Those miniscule wounds that
Loving you without return consistently brings
Finally damage how
I feel for you beyond repair
Or until
I simply can no longer find
Any more ways
To deal with half a love.
Until I can no longer heal myself.
Then I will have to find another
way to live this life
One way or another.
